KARYN HThe pickup was good first time renting a uhaul was asking a lot of question and all of my question was answered called an online representative to see how many miles I went she said 79 miles, I was told at the uhaul facility that I’m paying for 100 miles and whatever I don’t use get refund the call representative argued with me about the information I was told when picking up the uhaul afterall the service I paid for was very misleading.
