How U-Haul Reviews WorkIf you are choosing for the customer to take pictures before they accept the truck, that should be made clearer to the customer. I was 2 miles down the road before I realized I had to take photographs of the truck. It’s unsettling to check-in with the renter and receive the receipt online. He was a very nice renter. Just felt like the rental was incomplete. For longer term rentals, there should be some offer of free mileage based on duration. I had the truck for 2 weeks and the charge for mileage exceeded the rental.
