Planned to pick up at 10 am. Owner was nowhere to be found. Made several phone calls to reach him. Waited an hour and a half for him to arrive. Then he took forever with the transaction, doing it on his phone in the parking lot. Clearly unfamiliar with the system or any customer service skills. Wasted lots of valuable time and caused some of my help to either leave or be frustrated with me. Terrible experience.

Christopher SPlease label the key pick up box. My friend and I had a real hard time figuring out the blank, black, unlabeled box (next to the return box) the place we were supposed to get our rental key from.
