There was a tail light that was hanging on with one screw. There was no one there when we arrived and there was a dead cat laying on the sidewalk out front.

Somehow my truck rental was separated from the tow dolly rental. When I went to pick up the truck, they told me my tow dolly was scheduled for a week later. This location did not have one available so they sent me to another one. When I get there, I discovered that the facility was not open yet and had to wait until 15 minutes past opening for someone to show up. u-Haul did give me 25 extra miles for him to go and get the dolly and hook it up myself and bring it back to put my car on it so I could drive home.
