I return the truck following the sale rep dirrection and then I received multiplex email stating the truck was not return, but they charge my card and sent me the received of returned item with exact used mile. This create a lot of confusion keeping in mind that U-hauld do not have customer service for this type of issue. Do I recommend this location, not.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy truck broke down halfway through our move. Would not recommend this location.
Brian PAnother disappointment. No attendant even though I showed up during normal business hours. No one answered the number listed in the door. No assistance or direction in where to put the trailer, a real disappointment.
Raymond FThe drop off location was convenient and the staff we worked with was a great man and very customer focused. I would support his business anytime.
antonio bThey charged me for 2 days even tho I had rental for 9 hours. Also reservation was at different location which I didn't obtain the truck from. I had to go miles says to get truck.
