Man was friendly and ex military. He helped us with the self service truck pickup, and gave us a courtesy call when he noticed we were running behind.
AMBER FI originally ordered at Plaza trail VB, they told me Norfolk, then Hampton Va. I’m so glad to be out of the money grabbing Virginia. The doo littte location didn’t even have a bathroom and it’s in a dangerous area. The attendants phone was so bad I couldn’t see the screen and I didn’t get a receipt. I’ll never need to use Uhaul in Virginia again thank God!!!!!!!
