JOSE II selected that the trip was to be dropped off at a different location. I called in to confirm if I could drop off the vehicle at the move-in location, ti be told that I could after calling in the following morning at 7am. I called the following morning to be told that I could not change the drop off location. This misinformation costed my family valuable time and money. Due to this poor transparency and even poorer customer service, I cannot recommend this service unless absolutely necessary.

steven nI really had a bad time getting my U-Haul as the payment was a difficult thing to get done I was first being charged for more then my agreement.
Yash PThis authorized dealer was so unprofessional and should not be open. I had multiple issues with my over all rental of the truck. I was provided 12 rental agreements which were all incorrect, they attempted to charge me $239 a day for 4 days when it should have been the $40 per day plus fees and safe move insurance. They truck was very clean however the ride was far from smooth. It bounced a lot and at times felt unsafe. The guy who runs this "Good News" place does not know what he is doing. Would never use this place again.

Madison FThe address was a bit hard to find so address need to be clearly posted on the business door. Service was very good overall.
Howard KI was so disappointed as I've rented several times over the years and have never received a truck near Empty. Had to stop for gas before I could go pick up what was being hauled. Uncalled for. Make sure the trucks have @ least 1/4 tank of gas.
STEPHEN BThe truck they tried to rent to me initially appeared to be in an accident. The side of the box was smashed in and the tire had a 2” gouge showing the metal cords in the side wall and the battery was dead. It took over 2 hours get a truck. I reserved a truck at 10am, they changed the pick up time to 3pm at 10pm the night before. That truck didn’t come in at 3pm and I had to call to organize a different truck that was available the whole time at a branch near by. Communication was awful and the liability of renting a truck in that condition is ridiculous.

Joey KDifficulty check in and no assistance was offered. Explained the difficulty with checking and was not able to check out. Never had this problem in the past. Additional charge for gas and mileage which I have pictures before and after. Not a good experience.
Robert STruck exterior was not clean whatsoever. Inside of truck cab was very wet when I first got in (no clue why it would be wet). Inside of cargo area had huge grease spot on floor and was very slippery at time of pickup. This location did not have appliance dolly even though I has reserved one.
