GRADY HUnclean Equipment sub par Trash Bad service
JENIFER MI started a reservation for the location at coliseum and when U-Haul called me that booked me at another location. Not being from the area I didn’t realize it until I put the directions in my Mapquest on the way there. I did not feel safe I didn’t feel the person was equipped to handle a rental. I definitely will not be using the location again and when I returned it they charged me for more miles than I used!! It was a total Scam!! And this isn’t my first time renting a U-Haul and I never experienced this before
