The return process is abysmal. The App does not work at all, the web return is a joke. And customer support was of no help. First and foremost, I DONT WORK FOR UHAUL. So stop asking me to use the app to someone else's job (UHAUL Employee) and make the after hours return as simply as dropping the key on a slot and walk away. Self-check in should be as simple as scanning a code, dropping the key on a box, and walking away. On that respect UHAUL failed.
