Service rep had a terrible attitude and was cursing because he had to walk out in the rain to hook up the trailer. Ramp was way narrower than the trailer and was not mentioned online when booking. I couldn’t even fit my ATV. I was 45 minutes late and my reservation had been cancelled. Horrible experience.
Kevin TNot sure how me picking up the trailer at the COB on Wednesday and returning it a few hours after COB the next day equals 2 days of rental. This is a scam. I was asked to pick it up early. Not a happy customer.
BRUCE AHead lights need to be adjusted, especially on high beam. Driver side aimed up in the air. I did not receive good direction on how to properly check out. Which apparently locked me out of my app and needed assistance in getting it back up in order to check it back in.
