Michael Crude, ruder, rudest !!! If I hadn't been in a bind, the door would still be spinning from rapid exit. And then, he entered the wrong destination, 75 miles away, so I was charged roughly $100 for excess miles. Franchisee claimed it was my fault and uhaul CSR just accepted his story. Just look at all the 1 stars reviews for rudeness, and you be the judge. Stay away from uhaul in general,and this franchise in particular !!!
