This location was very convenient for me. The lot was well organized and easy to work through. The on-line process was tedious and repetitive. Next time I will go to the location and work the process with the location’s manager directly.

KELLEY EThe older male employee at Hardeeville location was dismissive, rude and unprofessional. He spoke as if I was incompetent when asking questions regarding the process of renting and his overall demeanor was outright disgusting. I was charged an extra day despite returning the vehicle before 8:30am along with additional fees and I have yet to receive the original contract I signed through email! I will never rent from this location again and I strongly believe he needs to be reported due to his unprofessionalism
