Terrible customer relations.. nasty old guy. But it didn’t matter I dropped off the trailer a day early, I was so over the experience

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is not a rating for Hardeeville Small Engine. This is a rating for U-Haul. I reserved a 15' truck almost two weeks in advance. Two people came from out of town to help pack up. The day before the rental, U-Haul confirmed the truck but did change the location. There was not much difference so this did not concern me. The next day U-Haul changed the location to a location no where close to me. By this point, it was too late to find another company, as people had already traveled from out of town to help. I don't care what your excuses are, but a reservation is meaningless if you do not honor it. I will not do business with U-Haul again.
Rodney ZThe sign said open but the guy wasn’t at the location and wasn’t very friendly once he got there. I had to contact customer support to get a response. It took over 15 minutes. U-haul as a whole is usually a much better experience.
