Salesman at this location can be a bit rude at times
Deven TI was charged for items I did not reserve or use and the person at uhaul asked me about it twice, when I picked up the truck and when I brought it back. He indicated it was removed from my bill and when I received my receipt via email they were charged to me.
Ella KThe rep at this location just seems to hate his job or hate people bothering him with picking up anyway. Truck was clean just needs to be approached about being rude to customers.
Serena KUsing GPS the location is somewhat hidden so when I called to ask for directions I was literally yelled at by a man telling me where to go. He cut me off mid sentence. Then 2 minutes later when we pulled in he was standing out side and forcefully poined where we should park. Didn't ask our name, say hi or anything just started removing the trailer from our hitch. Not a pleasant experience at all. Perhaps make a sign people can see from the road, because you can't see any of the trailers.
