Picking up, they asked me to go to other locations. Then I used the app to schedule with them. Came back with a reservation, they didn’t know how to give me the truck and had to call in an employee who was not working. Inside truck was dirty and contained trash. Total process took almost two hours. Dropping off, I asked the employee if I could drop off the vehicle with him. He said yes, which I thought was very convenient but when I got home I looked at the total charge and I believe I was over charged. I sent in a complaint through the app.
Mikhael BHave a better way to do the online check in. I was charged 1 price online and because the online check in didn’t work I had to go the store and was charged more. The price was doubled . But other wise it was ok.
