We have used this location before with no issues and had great service. This time they closed early just as we arrived. There was no dolly to use and we were handed keys and blankets as they walked out the door. We had to be on the phone outside for the next hour with an agent to figure out how to get the combo for the lock on the rear door. Could have been smoother.
