this was our second drop off and the customer service was kind and efficient, we even left our EZ-PASS in the truck and were able to retrieve the next morning

I’ve rented a lot of trucks and this location in customer service at this location was by far. The best experience I’ve ever had from pick up to drop off was top shelf. I’ll never rent a U-Haul from anywhere else ever again.
NICHOLAS WClean out the truck. The front smelled of cigarettes and the back wreaked of cats. My wife is highly allergic so that made loading and unloading limited to two people vs three.
