JIMMY EWell for me you could improve by actually correctly changing the price shown for the trucks rented. I rented a 15' and it stated it was $29.95 but I was charged over $50 for this truck. Yes I had the truck for 3 days and was charged a little over $150 and I only went 8 miles total.
VICKI LAbsolutely ZERO directions to locate this place off of a Main Street with only one hidden entrance. It’s clear that U-Haul RARELY audits its partner locations. Be better or be left behind.
