I do not live in Delaware and Cassandra went over and beyond to be sure my needs for the uhaul rental were met as effecient as possible to accommodate the short time frame that I needed the rental. The truck 24-7 option was the best thing that has come out as long as your tech savvy, but even then it is super easy to use and works great for ppl that work 9-5 or just guys like me that work 24-7. I wanted the 26 footer but to be honest the 20 was perfect so that one I wanted not being available saved me from wasting hard earned money. It ran great, super clean and smooth and would highly recommend this location to anybody in need of a temporary work truck/ moving van. Great experience and wonderful ppl there that even txted me concerning the 24-7 share app, that if I struggled with it that they would help me step by step.. it's the little things that make the experience great. kasandra hands down made this great and will be back for future projects! Had to wait for the shopkeeper to arrive to get the key, since it was not in the box. It was only about 15 mins and she was polite and friendly when she arrived. Not a bad experience, but... you only had 1 job to do... The worst part of the experience was that the truck's wipers needed to be replaced. If you can't see, you can't drive. I had to pull over and exchange the passenger side for the driver's side and that on was flopping around (on both ends) the entire time I drove and it rained for 4hrs of my 14hr trip. Everything is closed so I could not get a replacement myself (Covid, you know...) and I was driving overnight. That pretty much sucked. Imagine driving through Breezewood PA through the mountains and fog not being able to see a damn thing. Yeah. That happened... Far from pleased about it.
