Cassandra was Excellent!! Everything was ready to go when I arrived for my appointment. However, communication from the corporate was HORRIBLE!!! My original pick up location was changed without notification. When I discovered that it had been changed, and found out new location did NOT have regular business hours on date of pick up, the nightmare began. I called your support line for clarification, they were unable to help, and advised me to call the local scheduling office at 7am the following day. When I called the local scheduling office, I was transferred 3 times before i got to the actual local office. Fortunately, he was able to contact Cassandra, and confirmed she would meet me at the scheduled pick up. What is truly disturbing, is that Cassandra had placed in her notes about the reservation, that she would meet me there. No one seemed to read that. Your local franchise operators are wonderful... Your communication above the local franchises is HORRIBLE!!!! Do better!!!
