Arsheika W.Got the truck on E & was basically impossible to get the truck out of the parking lot as they had it blocked by cars and trees and the location was closed. U-haul in general was good but I'll be going to a different location from here on out.
Brianna D.Hghh I chose this location because of the business hours. My scheduled picked up time was 10:45am. According to your website they are open till 11am. I got there at 10:30 and office was closed. I called support and was told a person will be coming over to check me in. I waited an no one showed up. I called again and was told my reservation was a mobile pick up and have to download the app and go all to thru the process which I was trying to avoid why I picked a location that was open to begin with. After an hour from my original scheduled pickup time and several calls from support, I was able to get my keys from the lock box. This should not have happened if I have been told I should be doing all these steps prior to pick up. To top it all my credit card has been charge twice which I have to dispute. So disappointed!
