i returned the truck the same day 12/4/2026 at 6:00 pm i also filled the truck to where it was when i picked it up. i was charged $1.00 a mile instead of .99 cents also charged for 2 gallons of gas

I didn’t select this location for pick up. When I got there, nobody was there for me to pick up the truck and supplies I needed for the move. I ended up having to call to make payment and get a code to get keys. I ended up driving back to the store I selected to pick up my supplies.
Rick MEasy no-hassle friendly service. Instructions were clear and extending my rental was not a problem. I will definitely rent from this location again.
Misty OIt was close but the original drop off address given was incorrect and when you call the phone number given, there was no answer and the call just ended.
