The app is not functional. I had to go through the return process three times, and each time the app failed. I tried calling customer service but could not reach a representative within a reasonable amount of time. I tried opening a live chat and nobody helped me. Finally, I had to log into my account on a friend‘s phone and go through the return process there. The process was also lagging on his phone and took multiple attempts.

Kevin Si returned the truck the same day 12/4/2026 at 6:00 pm i also filled the truck to where it was when i picked it up. i was charged $1.00 a mile instead of .99 cents also charged for 2 gallons of gas
