The personnel at this location were extremely friendly, helpful understanding. They did not have the ability to make any changes to the miles that were added. They did provide us with a phone number to call, to resolve the added charges. The representative that we called made the correction and was very apologetic stating that this should not have happened. Our account was corrected properly.
