Location closed when my rental was due for return. Key Dropbox at the back door was not locked so truck keys would not be secured. Had to return the next day to return keys in person, quite inconvenient.

It wasn’t the location however It was requested I pick up the truck two hours later and was told I would get 15 miles for free bc of the location I had to pick it up from instead, but still charged total price??????
DANA HLady was distracted and unhelpful with return location. It was a car transport and the gentleman that hooked us up said he knew nothing about how you hook up the car to it.

TERRI BHard to find, the GPS leads you to a bank. They didn’t strap the dolly up so it went flying through the back end of the truck.
