The entire process for obtaining the vehicle by mobile was extremely cumbersome and time consuming. After much time then the code to get the key out of lock box wouldn’t work. Had to have a lot of help from the on call 24/7 service. Returning wasn’t much easier.

NEAL PNo one there when I drop the truck. Not much space to park but they had the key drop box easy to find and use.
Nerys MThe people here were super helpful, but the location is attached to an auto repair shop, so access is not easy for the customer. The parking for rentals is extremely congested! Even so, still got the job done.
