John LDon't change the pickup location the DAY BEFORE the scheduled pickup and at a location FURTHER away from where I needed the rental truck. It's called a reservation for a reason. The truck should be AT the location I requested and received a reservation for!!!
Randall MComing back from a soccer tournament, my friend’s car lost power and thankfully we were behind her to help. We needed at tow dolly and I’m so thankful they were able to help! We called the other U-Haul in town and they didn’t have anything. He got us hooked up and ready to finish the 7hr home. I can’t thank him enough for making that process so easy!
