I made the reservation for pickup in Minot on Friday which was confirmed online before I left for my trip. Somebody called me on Thursday stating that my trailer that was reserved wouldn't be available as stated causing me to get a trailer on my way up to my destination ultimately causing me to pull a trailer up to Minot which caused me to cut my vacation short because the 5 day reservation started before I ever got to my destination. I say this is bullshit
