Your Manager SUCKS !!!!!!! We had to drive 200 miles one way to pick up our U-Haul. As I reserved it 2 weeks ahead of time, and it was NOT at the location I reserved it from. I called your Manager in Billings, Mt. and she pretty much said too bad !!!Monica B.
I am so tired of this location. They overcharged all the time. They add on charges without asking. By the time I left there, my charges went from 125$ to over $230. Shocking, not really. It's crazy that a large company like uhaul would let this place continue to rip off the customers.Janice H.

This is a good location, with helpful staff. Beware renting from UHaul if you need a vehicle that is not already in their yard. I have been screwed twice now. Lots of promises but they instantly fall back on the line "Subject to Availability". Their promises mean nothing. Not the fault of the local agent at all.Marc B.

When I called this location to reserve the trailer, I was told that it was a "flat rate" of $308. and that I could use it for 6 days. I told him that I only needed the trailer for half of that time. Still had to pay same for 6. Also when asked if I wanted "safe tow" insurance for additional $71 told the rep no, as my own insurance would cover it. After leaving, I then found that this was wrapped into the $308 vs me paying what should have been $237 apparently. Also I do not agree at all with making a customer pay for days they KNOW they do not need.Rose F.
