The location is rough looking on the outside, but the people are friendly and knowledgeable. They were so helpful! I would not hesitate to rent here again. Made my very difficult situation a lot easier to deal with. Thank you!
Corinna SThe trailer was ready and waiting when we arrived. The only person working was helping so.eone else but immediately acknowledged us and let.us know it would.not.be a long wait. He promptly, and courteously, finished the first customer and came.to us. Upon checking our lights, the trailer blinkers worked, but no tail lights. Rather than turn us away until the problem was fixed, he said it was probably a fuse on our vehicle. We looked in the fuse box and found it was exactly that. I didn't have a fuse so he went into his shop and returned with one. We inserted the new fuse and went along our way. The whole thing toothless than ten minutes . He was very friend helpful. I recommend Robert's to anyone needing a UHaul while in the area.
