The location of pickup and drop off were excellent. I did have trouble with the app. I was able to take pictures of the vehicle but at the receive and dispatch screen I couldn't submit and complete the operation. I am fairly positive I had done everything correctly and didn't receive any flag on the app that something was missing. It caused me some level of anxiety and stress. Again. Location and equipment? Great. App used to submit things? Kinda bad

Jacob PI found that I had a flat tire on the trailer after I loaded it. I called to let them know about the situation and Damian came right over with an air tank to temporarily fill the tire so I could drive it to the shop and he changed my tire all in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service from this center!
