The lady working the desk that day gave me a hard time, I told her i wouldnt mind changing the pickup truck instead of a 9 footer and she said that someone rent it out already, but when i came back the truck was still there, i waited a while for her to check me out, so she told me to go to the message on my phone to check out, it kept on giving me the same message that its invalid, but she said she was busy and couldnt help me , i mean she did have a customer before me , but she was done and still took her time, so i called the customer service number to assist me, as later on she found out i called customer rep on the phone she got nervouse and try to help me asap, but she didnt do much and out of sudden my reciept came out from her and said i was done, but the service rep wanted me to get all these picture when i returned it and where i park the car, she wasted over an hour of my time there while it should only been 10 mins

How U-Haul Reviews WorkUnfortunately I didnt take a photo of the mileage as I turned in the trucks. Both times I rented they added false mileage amounts in which I got charged extra for. I drove no more than 5 miles each time and they inputed 28 & 30 miles. Which makes no sense because I never had to put gas in the truck. If i actually drove that much then i wouldve had to. So yeah these people are scammers. Annie the lady is completely rude, unkind and impatient. Made me feel like I was an idiot over the phone when I tried to explain there was no way I drove as much as they inputed. So yeah lesson learned, always take photos of the details before turning it in so that they wont input information to their own monetary benefit
