The customer service rep. just needed a little more help when I arrived to make the reservation. It was one person working and it took time, but she had excellent customer service, it was just a bit of a wait, and the customer behind me walked out due to the waiting too long, and she just wanted some boxes.

KANDI LStaff did not check the key dropbox and called threatening to charge me. I delivered keys 8 hours before they left me a voicemail and the lady said I should've came inside instead, but the app told me to drop the keys in the box. The staff were very rude and confirmed they hadn't checked the dropbox for at least six hours so they had no idea they were there.
