The unit was dirty when we rented it (I submitted pictures and noted it upon rental) and it returned it in the exact same condition as I picked it up and was charged a cleaning fee. I think that was completely inappropriate. The app did not work when I returned it. There was no one on site to talk to. I called the store later and I was told to call Uhaul. I was left on hold for 45 minutes. Eventually I was asked if I wanted a call back. I never received one. I called the store the next day and no one answered. I left a message that the truck was returned prior to my return time and no one called me back.
