This is a rural location, and the rental process was straightforward and convenient. As someone with experience towing and renting trailers, I would have appreciated a clearer or more visible indication of the equipment safety check process. Greater visibility or communication around these checks would help reinforce confidence in the rental process. “The office setting reflects the local country charm—definitely part of the experience.” Overall, owner was very pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed for my travel.
