U-Haul corporate management needs to improve on truck, blanket pads, utility cart availability. We reserved a 26' truck but got a 20' truck. U-Haul corporate logistic management informed me late in the day before pickup was supposed to happen that we were not getting a 26 ' truck. But, if we wanted to drive to another far away location we could go pick one up, way inconvenient! The people running this location were great to work with, NO FAULT OF THEIRS THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT WAS NOT AVAILABLE! U-HAUL CORPORATE LOGISTIC FLEET MANAGEMENT IS POORLY RUN!
Mark WI dropped the trailer off in front of the business and didn’t have to lift a finger. It was wonderful!
