MOHAMMAD MTruck was dirty. As a utility vehicle I imagine they don’t care. Reception was nice at A1. Informative and friendly. After using the truck for the alotted time and estimated mileage, I gassed up the truck past the level on the original form, and the receipt claims I left it emptier than when I got it. What a scam. Do I really have to take a pic of the gasometer
Taylor CThe entire move in/move out experience was simple. Staff was friendly and explained the breakdown well. I was told they usually prorate the first month which they didn’t do for me. I paid an entire month on the 15th and moved out by the 28th, so that was a bummer. Only dislike I have, is I noticed quite a few individual ants on my boxes after moving in… which could have only come from that storage location. Nothin I can’t clean up but also a bit discouraging. Overall I appreciated the location, and the support I received.
