DOUGLAS MVehicle was dirty and reeked of marijuana. When returning the keys and trying to answer it was dirty the system was going to auto charge me. Before pick up there was no indication that it was a self service. This delayed pick up. Gas was less than indicate upon pick up. Will not return to this location. Unsure if I'd do U-Haul anytime soon.
