Maybe put a sign on the door because the business was closed that we can download the app to rent the UHaul with out anyone there and that they have lock boxes when we pulled up we thought we wouldn’t be able to since no one was at the facility We saw on the trucks to rent 24:7 but if someone is not looking and reading what the truck says and just sees the house closed say and sun they might just leave thinking it’s not open Over all of was a good experience easy to get the key from the lock boxe Unfortunately I didn’t use the truck it sat there because someone I knew with a truck decided to show up after! But getting the truck was easy and a good experience

I turned in the truck the day after my rental, even though I had one more extra day. Was contacted by personnel stating that they never received it. I dropped it off with a full tank of gas. After hearing back from them, they stated a day later that they received it and that I was being charged an additional amount of money. The truck was technically unfound for two days after I turned it in and now U-Haul is saying I’m liable for extra money. I don’t trust them and I would not recommend anyone turning in the truck to this site unless you personally handover the keys and do not use the dropbox. I reached out for a supervisor to contact me and it’s been over two weeks. I have not heard anything back.
BRIANA JImprove your mobile checking and out process. Pics crashed the app on upload had to contact support and email. Gas was wrong on delivery. Told rep but didn't get corrected before I returned.
