Trying to charge customers for more than the contracted service, please minimize this. I was not enjoying the attempt to collect 2x the normal rate. Communication? Good grief. The employee working the site had no clue about the service and the 800# gal had no clue about the location and all they cared about was changing my card for 2x the standard rate. Do better

Mark PI had a 15ft truck quote near my house. When it wasn't there I talked to the place that rented the truck. She informed me that a manager from eau claire came and took all of their trucks no matter if I had a reservation or not. I was then forced to drive more than 50 miles one way to get a truck. It cost me more than $50 in miles and an extra day of truck rental.
Steve WEnsure that the office equipment is operational - I was not able to receive a paper copy of my contract due to an inoperable printer.
