I returned the truck a day early and you still had the ballsto charge me for gas that was so close to where I rented it’s bullshit.
RICHARD DThe rental pickup places were fine. The overall U-Haul experience was less than satisfactory. I do not enjoy picking the pickup and drop off locations only to have them altered to whatever is convenient for the company. I wasted 2 hours of my time having to travel to further locations.
Richard WAp malfunction. Returned same day and was over-charged as if full rental time was used. .ap would not fix return date. Very dissatisfied!!!
