Great customer service
Anne MThe truck was fine and seemed quite new. But the window was left open and 2-3 inches of snow was on the seat and arm rest! The location was not open because of the snowstorm so I tried to use the app to get my keys. After entering all of my info including photos, the app told me to go inside to get the keys and 'skip the line'. So I had to call UHaul and they told me it was in the visor (would have been nice to know!). All of this cost about 45 minutes - 1hour and was very frustrating. I filed a complaint on the phone with UHaul and was told a manager would call me within 3 days. This did not happen, but I did receive a $50 reduction on a FUTURE rental. I don't think I have ever received an email confirming the total cost of my recent rental as I dropped the truck off in Minneapolis. not a good experience to say the least. But nice truck!
