The scan code on the return box did not work . Also it was placed on the front street,not at the drop-off point lot which is behind a building
Georgiana IEquipment was missing, location staff unwillling to help resolve stating they don’t deal with missing equipment or answer any questions pertaining to the rental…. Terrible!!

Kaila LCharged me for gas that was returned at 1/4 tank as requested. They didn’t check it when I dropped it of. Instead they charged the next day after telling me I was ok when dropping off. Shady practices.
