The lady's that helped get the car hauler rental setup for me were very kind and professional. Quick pick up and loved being able to use the app to check the trailer back in after hrs instead of having to wait to go back the next day. Great experience.

Alan GWhen returning the trailer, I arrived approximately 15 minutes before the time the trailer was due back. By the time the lady who worked there came outside and checked me in I had the trailer fully unhooked. She said the trailer was checked in and I should receive an emailed receipt. I drove off and checked my email not 3 minutes later and saw that she charged me for an extra day claiming it was late. I immediately went back and she was already hooking up the trailer to another customer. I let her know of the problem and she immediately said she couldn't help me and that I would have to call uhaul to take care of it. I called uhaul and was immediately put on hold. I hung up and told her she needed to take care of it. She said I was 6 minutes late and she couldn't do anything. I then told her to stop connecting the trailer because if she was charging me for it I was taking the trailer for the time I was being charged. Now she suddenly was willing to contact uhaul and correct her, what I thought was a mistake. She still had a terrible attitude the entire time. Today I learned from another uhual location that She would have had to intentionally select that it was late, when it was not, so she clearly was trying to scam me out of a days rental cost. I will never use this location again. They are fraudulent and have no concept of customer service.
