We rented for three years. I don’t think they should be able to raise the rate on you. That was the only frustration. Otherwise it’s a very good place.

Someone at the front desk insisted the credit (to reverse the mischarge) was also to my credit card. It never showed up which I tried unsuccessfully to explain to this person - twice. It appears to me the credit for the mischarge was only to my account - not also to my credit card. You can see this by how, after the final charge was taken to the account, there is a credit due to me. It was frustrating that the person at the front desk was so sure of herself all the while she was mistaken. Now you know. I would like the residual credit on the account to actually be sent to my credit card now. Thanks
