Jonathan BHad a horrible time getting the truck. Not sure what the issue was, but we spent around 2 hours on the phone with support troubleshooting why the GPS feature in the app wouldn’t recognize that I was literally standing right beside the truck. None of the troubleshooting helped, could not get the app to work. Finally (after literally hours on the phone with support) someone gave us the code over the phone to get the keys. Not a great experience, but thankful that the uhaul support reps helped us get it resolved by having the local manager call to give us the code!
JOHN GTruck was supposed to be different location, this one way 20 minutes out the way. Interior of truck was dirty, spilled drink all over console. Super blades were terrible and made driving in heavy rainfall hazardous.
