The drop off box was broken and opened leaving documents and keys available to anyone. I had to close the box and use a chain to make it look like it was closed and protect the papers inside from Texas weather.

DANIEL TAfter hours instructions were not clear. We tried calling the day before and got no instructions. We scanned the code, took the required photos and left. We were shortly thereafter called by the owner of the business and told he charges people $100 dollars a day for parking in those parking places. He said we needed to return and move it to the grassy area. We did so. This wasn’t handled very well in my opinion.
