Have a ramp in the vehicle or a Tommy lift
YOLANDA GDrop off was a nightmare as the app didnt work and showed no record of me reserving the truck. I spoke with afterhours and they were nice and helpful. I called the store next day as instructed and lady was rude and off putting. As if I bothered her for calling to make sure my truck was received ok
