There just needs to be more parking. It’s very small and tight and it makes it hard.

My responses may seem confusing, but I turned-in my truck and trailer on a weekend (Sunday) when Master Muffler was closed. Their lot is small, so there is no room for maneuver. I followed the steps in the app and left both items in the middle of their lot.
John DThe truck was not in the front of the building. It was parked in the dark under a tree. Because I did after hours pickup and I am a woman, I was concerned of my safety. A u haul rep also was concerned and stayed on the line while I searched for the truck. The tank was on empty and DIRTY, even the cabin was dirty! I had to put gas in it to drive to my location. The worst experience I ever had with U-Haul.
