The store was fine, although they did not have the appliance dolly, I had reserved, nor did they have a substitute. I was forced to buy a dolly from their store. My biggest issue is with U-Haul themselves not having accurate information on their website as to which store had which equipment available, and then when they change my reservation, switching it to an agency that still did not have the equipment I needed.
