Auto transport trailer was in very poor condition. In fact, it was out of order. My Sonata 2020 has regular size tires. 1. When I have driven it to on auto transport trailer, it turns out that there no clearance between my car bumper and the front part of auto transport trailer against which the wheels of a car rest. When I needed to unload my car from auto transport trailer and drove it back the bumper of my car got caught and was torn out from my car. This trailer is not suitable for transporting Hyundai Sonata 2020 car with regular size tires. 2. The ratchets were out of order, and it took long time to make the tire straps work. 3. I am not satisfied with you service this time.
