The pick up location was closed for the holiday and I had to call U Haul customer service to understand the remote vehicle checkout process. It would have been nice for U Haul to let me know about the remote service when confirming my reservation. Otherwise, no problems

It was great, don’t change a thing
LANNY BBrown's are easy to work with. I had trouble signing out the vehicle, but that was U-Haul app related and no reflection on this location.

LAURA LIt was a struggle to the get the app working, I ended up having to call customer service. The truck smelled like cigarettes, there was water on the floor and a can of Red Bull left in the cab. Not clean whatsoever. I told the customer service rep and they told me that they will write that down. Unacceptable! For it to be dirty is one thing, but for it to be dirty AND smell like cigarettes is another!!
