I was disappointed that the air conditioner was not working while having to be in it for several hours in 100 degree weather was difficult. Not sure who is responsible for upkeep but seems to me the inspection should be done when picking up and bringing back

Owner was nice enough... very small, closed on Wednesday but I didn't know that and thought I could come in later to pick up the trailer, he did stay around. He was nice enough but the trailer wasn't great. Older, a little rusy but it had a massive vibration and I had to drive it from North Carolina to Baltimore. Don't know if it was a wheel out of balance or a tire out of round... I spent the entire trip hoping that a wheel bearing wasn't going south, the trailer shuttered and jumped at highway speed. It didn't pull or push the car but I could see jumping up and down in my side view mirrors. It was a very uncomfortable 7+ hour ride with cars and truck riding up my bumper. Should have driven into Hickory proper and gone to the larger U-Haul dealer.
Arthur HIt was a great fallback given I rented from Boone but the simply reasigned me to Jefferson. Without asking. So thankful for this group. Very communicative. I wish the company would have realized they caused the extra mileage and not charged to upcharge at my return but that would require more customer focus when I have not experienced.
