We were allowed 59 miles but the drive to the storage place in hickory was 7 miles away. I picked a pick up location close to the storage place but then uhaul changed it. The drive from the storage to the house was 55 miles. The drive from the house to the drop off location was 4 miles. We had to put gas in the uhaul which caused maybe 4-5 more miles. We were charged $13 extra for going over the mileage when they didn’t give us enough mileage in the first place.

Michael POwner Kyle was outstanding. Great customer service was provided. I will use this facility in the future.
