Pauline has no idea what she is doing! Don’t let her do any rentals ever again! I had to use the app because her customer service was so poor. She asked for addresses where I was picking up and dropping off my personal items. Small town bullshit. I checked in on the app while naming my co driver and she still insisted on pictures of drivers when I had checked in with the app. Please DO NOT allow Pauline to have anything to do with U-Haul again other than to deposit the cheques! I will go pay more from competitors if this is allowed to continue Otherwise check in would have been smooth and drop off was the best because I did not have to deal with her and did it all on the app
