Better resources. Renting or reserving a truck or equipment at a location and they can’t provide any paperwork of the services and not one employee or rep to reach out to about it. Very rude counter service at this location and improper handling of payment and reservations. Was told I didn’t have to pay and it would charge my card 7 days later when I asked for a receipt or any type of verification. Everything was pushed to email where payment still wasn’t processed correctly or verified at the location. Will not be renting or booking from this location

TARA Dhighway robbery - turned the truck in 18 hours earlier than schedule and no discount! Had I known that I would have kept the truck whether i was done with it or not.
